Machinery/Production Process After receiving initial samples, we confirm whatever modifications need to be done, then send our samples to customers for final confirmation. Before production, we pre-send the production samples. Materials are determined, as well as accessory preparation and quality control. Cutting, sewing, random, and checking all come next, followed by packing and final inspection. We use CAD designing and cutting system, 30 sets of taping-seam machines, water leakage test machines, tensile/tear/abrasion testing equipment, and check needle machines.
